Had one from boots before but it was so stiff and the stem was so hard to grip. This is much more user friendly with a more flexible material and easy to remove. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I very rarely leave reviews, but this is worth one.
I've tried about half a dozen menstrual cups, this is hands down the best of them. No leaking (and they all leak to some extent ime, so this is amazing), incredibly easy to use and clean, definitely buy the cleanser, it's a game changer.

Great fit for a low cervix :)

I tried a couple of different ‘heavy flow’ cups before this one but they would still leak - the Asan one does not, sometimes Im concerned that the seal is too strong but I've never had an issue. I never thought I would be able to forget that I'm on my period but i have to set reminders to empty the cup because i will forget its up there. 1 year on and still really happy with it.

These menstrual cups are the way forward!! I've finally found something that suits my body, my wants & needs.
The cup is so comfortable I don't realise it's there, it's convenient because it can be left in for up to 12 hours. I've been telling every woman I know about them...game changer!!

I have already recommended it to my friends. I struggle with heavy periods , feeling uncomfortable and wasn’t sure it would work for me as I can’t use tampons anymore after having my children.
The cup is comfortable, so easy to use and NO leakage!! I honestly couldn’t recommend it more!

Oh my goodness, I was very sceptical about this and had thought about getting one for ages but felt it wouldn't cope with my heavy flow. I bought it and kept it in the cupboard for 2 months still unsure and then resolved to try it and oh my, it is fantastic!! I love it. I love not having loads of tampons lying around in my handbags and in baskets I have to store, I love that it is eco and easy to clean and insert and love that it isn't pumping rubbish into my body. It hasn't leaked once, even at night.

Removing it is easy, once you get the hang of it it stays upright and doesn't spill, it can look a bit gross when you empty it but less face it we all know we bleed so let's just crack on.

I would highly recommend trying this!!

I have now used both the heavy and low flow cup. They make periods so much more tolerable. I dont get any rashes or hypersentivity like with the pads.
Tampons were ok but the cup is so much comfortable. It took me a day to figure out the right way to use it for my body. But now im a big fan! I can actually sleep through the night.

Absolute game changer. Before Asan, I only used tampons at the heavier earlier days of my flow. Then I’d switch to pads as I didn’t like the drying feeling a tampon gives, and I could always feel it. So being able to easily insert my Asan cup and go on with my day without worrying is the absolute best. Easy to use now I have the technique down (I’m on round 2!). Can’t tell it’s up there. I can exercise without it bothering me too. Swimming no problems! Great product!!

No leaks until completely full and easy to use and get used to.

I had used a menstrual cup quite a few years ago ( pre children ) and just didnt get along with it at all. I couldnt insert it correctly most of the time, and when i did i found it difficult to remove too.

I wanted to try again after trying reusable pads for some years. I had researched alot to try and find one that I could remove easily. The Asan cup seemed like the perfect one. I ordered the light/medium flow as i am only heavy for the first couple of days. Im glad i ordered this size as i think the larger one would have been a little bit more difficult to insert. The Asan cup is quite flexable and i didnt find it too dificult to insert, and its super easy to remove with the removal ring.

Overall using this cup has been such a great thing. I am no longer uncomfortable and i almost forget I am on my period.

I would reccomend this product for anyone who is really just hating using pads and doesnt mind the slightly messy removal of the cup.
